Fluidra Thailand After-Sales Service Policy

Objective

To ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high standard of service quality.

1. Warranty Coverage

• AstralPool and Zodiac products are covered by a 3-year warranty, while Baracuda products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• The warranty applies only to damages caused by manufacturing defects.
• Genuine spare parts are covered under warranty for 1 year, applicable to electronic boards, cell housings, control boxes, and drive motor assemblies.
• Repair services are covered under a 90-day warranty.

2. Service Conditions

• Customers must submit service or inspection requests via Line Official Account (@fluidrathailand) or the Call Center only.
• After-sales service is provided in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the service agreement.
• Product replacement is available within 7 days of purchase, provided the packaging remains intact and undamaged.
• Spare parts will be replaced within the warranty period as specified by the company.
• Products submitted for warranty claims must be in original condition, without modification, disassembly, or alteration of components.
• A purchase receipt or proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

• Damage caused by natural disasters, such as floods, lightning, or earthquakes.
• Damage resulting from improper installation that does not comply with manufacturer or distributor instructions.
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or modification of the product not in accordance with the manufacturer’s or distributor’s guidelines.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations by persons other than company technicians or official service centers.
• Damage caused by accidents or intentional acts.
• Use of the product outside its intended purpose.
• Neglect of proper maintenance as recommended in the product manual.
• Use of non-genuine or uncertified spare parts not approved by the company.
• Operation in unsuitable environments, such as excessive humidity, high temperature, or dusty conditions beyond the specifications stated in the manual.

Pool Pump

Important Notice
Please read the installation manual carefully before installation.
All installations must be carried out in accordance with the standards and procedures specified in the manual to ensure product performance and maintain warranty coverage.

Salt Chlorinator or Hidroxinator

Important Notice
The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Power surges or voltage drops
• Lightning strikes
• Excessive humidity, as indicated by rust or corrosion on the equipment

Please ensure installation is performed in accordance with the official installation manual and complies with the standards specified by the manufacturer.

Filter

Important Notice
The warranty does not cover damages caused by Water Hammer (sudden pressure surges in the water system).

Heater and Heat Pump

Important Notice
Warranty does not apply in cases where the temperature lock setting has been manually adjusted or exceeded beyond the factory default configuration.

LADDER S.S

Warranty Conditions
The warranty is valid only when the product is properly maintained under standard pool water conditions:

• pH: 7.2 – 7.6
• Chlorine (Cl): 0.6 – 3 PPM

Regular cleaning is required to prevent corrosion and rust on stainless steel (S.S.) surfaces.

Failure to maintain cleanliness may cause oxidation stains and rust penetration on the stainless steel material.

Please read the installation manual carefully and follow the company’s installation and maintenance standards to ensure product durability and compliance with warranty terms.

UNDER WATER LIGHT

Important Notice
Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Water entering the electrical connector or cable,
• Water ingress through the power line, or
• Incorrect voltage levels (lower or higher than the specified operating range).

Please ensure installation is performed strictly according to the official installation manual and complies with the standards specified by the manufacturer.

Automatic Cleaner (Robot)

Warranty Conditions
The warranty is valid only when the product is properly maintained and used under standard water conditions:

• pH: 7.2 – 7.6
• Chlorine (Cl): 0.6 – 3 PPM

After each use, the cleaner should be cleaned and maintained regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
